Pre-Natal Exercises

This exercise video is for mothers-to-be. Aimed at increasing core stability and pelvic control during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.

There are varying degrees of difficulty - complete the basic exercises in good form before progressing to the more challenging versions.

Hold each stretch for 20-30secs using your breath to work into each position.

Aim for 20-30minutes of continuous action.

Increase the number of repetitions or total workout time for increased difficulty.

Advanced Circuit Training

A great circuit training session using minimal equipment.

Do it anywhere & anytime; in the park, your home, gym, kid's playground etc.

Complete 10-15reps & Vary the intensity by increasing the total number of circuits.

Aim for between 10-30mins of continuous action.
