FOCUS: These sessions target a wide range of areas including core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. You will learn how to use everyday equipment for your strength training and how to improve whole body strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility.


Running & Strength Training

BY BOOKING ONLY

FOCUS: These sessions include a combination of running at various intervals and intensities, along with upper, lower and core body strength exercises during the 'rest' periods. Designed to improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength throughout your entire body.

Lianne Saunders is a fully qualified Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist. Her fitness history includes 10 years in competitive gymnastics followed by personal training in a gymnasium setting. She is passionate about running and outdoor training of any variety. The main focus of Lianne's exercise routines is on improving your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and flexibility. You will get the most from your workout with the assistance of Lianne's knowledge, experience and leadership to help you with your fitness goals.

Tom Eckersley started Ki Health - Enlightened Solutions in 2002. He is a qualified workplace trainer & assessor, shiatsu therapist, remedial massage therapist and personal trainer.

He has a versatile and holistic approach to health and well being, complemented by his personal experience in athletics, cross-country running, cycling, rock climbing and swimming, which allows him to draw on these areas when dealing with the individual client and their specific health and fitness goals.
