Developing core strength and flexibility is the primary focus of these group classes. We teach you to develop core strength and postural awareness to help prevent injury.

The exercises develop muscular strength and improve the elasticity of connective tissues for better health and injury prevention at home and in the workplace.  

Using minimal equipment, you will be able to increase whole body strength & flexibility in your own time - we aim to educate and empower you to maintain a regular health and fitness routine.
